Transition into Ministry is a program coordinated by the Fund for Theological Education that seeks to aid new ministers transition into the first challenging years of ministry. This website provides access to a growing body of information, reflections, and resources on the early years of ministry, and the unique gifts and opportunities of the residency model of mentoring new ministers. The work of this program is complemented by the research of the Alban Institute that has been published in the report, "Becoming a Pastor: Reflections on the Transition into Ministry," available at http://alban-transitionintoministry.org/.
