Sticky Faith Cohort program. Year long consultation with 12-20 congregations.
Abstract:

From 2007-2010, the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI) conducted the College Transition Project. This three year research project revolved around longitudinal interviews conducted with 200 high school seniors through their first three years of college, seeking both quantitative and qualitative data on factors that influence students’ spiritual and relational transition during the college years. In order to provide churches with in-depth and up-close analysis of research findings and their implications, FYI has developed the Sticky Faith Cohort program. Each year, FYI invites 12-20 churches to participate in a yearlong learning experience that includes two summits at Fuller’s Pasadena campus as well as monthly webinars. Participating churches receive training from some of Fuller’s top faculty, consultation in developing a specific contextualized breakthrough plan, and resources designed to change the church culture so that it aligns with Sticky Faith research and values.
